Hi, welcome to Premier Building and Pest Reports. My name is Scott Hayes and I am the owner and director of the business. I first started in the building industry as a 15 year old carpentry apprentice before completing the Building Forman and Clerk of Works post trade course and obtaining my Open Class builders licence at age 22.

I have completed over 250 building projects from minor building renovations works to 4 story unit projects ranging geographically from Sydney to the mid north cost of NSW and into South East QLD under our parent company Coastland Building Pty Ltd. I am a hands on builder proficient at most trades.

After years of building rectification works to problem dwellings we decided to provide clients with a service that would give them peace of mind and above all confidence when purchasing a home.
Thus we started Premier Building and Pest Reports in 2001. Since then we have carried out over 14,000 Building and Pest reports to our valued clients. We are one of the original Gold Coast Building and Pest inspection companies.

We are extremely experienced in building and pest inspections, building problem diagnostics, termite species identification, detection and management.
For the services we provide to be not only good but great, we like to focus extensively on our valued clients providing a quality informative approach which does not finish on the completion of the inspections or services requested.

We will coordinate a time that suits you to do the inspection if you are planning on attending.

We will arrange access through the real estate, or owner if it is a private sale.

4. Report Finalised and Sent

The report will be finalised and ready to be emailed to you the following morning after the inspection.

5. Discuss

We will be happy to discuss any aspect of the report and recommendations with you after reading through the results.
